THE MONUMENTAL PROJECT
We have collaborated with Empowered for Excellence (E for E) to enhance our community outreach! We are offering faith-based care byway of counseling, group sessions, and promoting life skills with on-site Case Management. The programming provides Social Work services, Case Management services, Counseling, Therapy (music and art).
In the coming years, we will be expanding services to include a group home, after-care programming, and on-site urgent care with a physician and nurses.

PARTICIPANTS
Participants will have an assigned Case Manager who can help with thing such as: transportation set-up to appointments, job interview preparation, resume building, counseling sessions and more!
Many ages can be a participant! Our Case Managers are trained with special certification (QMHS) to help various age groups.
